| Richard D. Smith is Chairman & CEO of U.S. Road To Recovery LLC which he started as a private sector initiative in February 2008. Richard also serves as CEO, President and Managing Principal of SMITH-TRG a business performance improvement and value creation consulting firm he founded in 1997. At SMITH-TRG Richard developed, launched and CEO led multiple emerging market digital media ventures. He is an author, 2006 book 'AD-MIRED' Media's Power to Create Business Value and speaker to business groups on visioning, innovation, business transformation, economic issues, and future-world markets.
Richard has over twenty-five years of general management and senior business development leadership experience in pre/post IPO and FORTUNE 200 companies (CSC, MCI and IBM). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Strayer College and served honorably in the U.S. Army. In 2007, he founded The Patriots Project a pro bono private sector initiative to directly assist 'Wounded-Warriors' recovering at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Steve graduated from MIT in 1979 and has spent the past 30 years as an entrepreneur, founding and co-founding six companies while acquiring seven. As Founder, Chairman & CEO of KENDA Systems in 1984, Steve grew the business to a peak of $80 million in revenue and 850 employees in 20 offices spanning nine time zones. He has served as a director of the Salem Boys' and Girls' Club as well as the president and chairman of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses (NACCB).

| Steven W Hillstrom is President and CEO of Xeratec Corporation, a Michigan based firm he founded in 2001. Xeratec specializes in custom software and database applications, virtualization technology, system conversions, and multi-system integration with a focus on Microsoft® and VMWare® solutions - serving clients in healthcare, manufacturing, technology and energy markets as well as state government entities. Previously Steve worked for 14 years in various leadership and global system architect roles with Baxter Healthcare. Steve graduated from DePaul University with a BA in Management of Information Systems.
Steve has a large family with two children who have served in the military. The eldest was injured in Iraq and earned a Purple Heart. The younger is an Army Ranger now stationed in Washington. Steve volunteers for the Keweenaw Care Corp., a non-profit group that help today's military faimilies before, during and after deployment.

Prior to co-founding eCompetitors nine years ago, Alan had 25 years experience in leadership roles at major corporations, including IBM, Manufacturers Hanover Bank (now JPMorgan Chase), McKinsey & Company, GE, and three multi-billion dollar insurance companies, including OneBeacon Insurance where he was the Corporate Planner and VP of E-business. Alan has a BA in Economics, an MBA in Finance, and an MS degree in Computer Systems - all from Binghamton University.
